This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Flipkado collects, how it is used, and what rights you have. The data controller is Mauro Porcu.

Data we collect

Account data (email, hashed password), profile data (languages), user-created content (decks, flashcards, stories, chat messages), payment data (via Stripe), and technical data (IP address, browser) used to operate the service.

How we use your data

We process personal data to provide the service, generate AI-powered exercises, process payments, enforce rate limits, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service: Supabase (hosting, database, auth), OpenAI (AI language processing), Stripe (payments), and Google Fonts (web fonts).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, port your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, decks, flashcards, sessions, chat messages, writing exercises, and reading stories are permanently deleted.
