These Terms govern your use of Flipkado, an AI-powered language learning platform operated by Mauro Porcu. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account registration

To use Flipkado, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 16 years of age and keep your credentials confidential.

Plans and payments

Flipkado requires a paid plan. We offer recurring subscription plans (weekly, monthly, annually) and a one-time lifetime plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your rate is locked in for the duration of your plan.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for both recurring and lifetime plans — contact support@flipkado.com to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload objectionable content, use automated tools without permission, circumvent rate limits, or deliberately abuse AI generation.

AI-generated content

Flipkado uses AI to generate flashcards, stories, feedback, and chat responses. AI outputs may contain errors — Flipkado is a learning tool, not a certified language instructor or translator. You are responsible for verifying outputs.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany, without prejudice to consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
