How to learn from a frequency list
- Go in order. The first 100 words appear in almost every sentence, so they pay off fastest.
- Learn words in context. Read each example sentence aloud, then hide the translations and test yourself.
- Study a little every day. Ten to fifteen new words a day with regular review stick far better than one long session a week.
- Build a Flipkado deck with the words you don't know yet and practice them in reading, chat and writing.
